Welcome to Nexora, accessible via nexaina.com. These Terms govern your use of our services and apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access Nexora. Effective as of 2025.

1. Scope of Services

Nexora provides legal support and counsel tailored to enterprises, including advisory, document preparation, and representation. All services are designed to meet corporate needs in compliance with applicable law.

2. Eligibility

By accessing our offerings, you confirm that you have the authority to engage Nexora on behalf of your organization and that all information provided is accurate.

3. Registration and Access

Certain features require registration. You agree to maintain confidentiality of any credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

All services require advance payment of stipulated charges. Payments must be completed before the commencement of any engagement. Failure to settle charges may lead to suspension or termination of access.

5. Reimbursement Policy

Nexora strives for client satisfaction. Reimbursement requests are subject to the following terms.

5.1 Legal Services for Enterprises

If you cancel in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a reimbursement of prepaid amounts for unused hours. Requests will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method.

Clients may request to transfer a service to another date or entity by notifying Nexora no later than 3 days before the scheduled date. Transfers are subject to resource availability and may require confirmation in writing.

5.2 Information Products

Digital materials are offered with a 14-day review period. If you are not satisfied, you may request a reimbursement by discontinuing access to all delivered content. Approved requests will be handled within 7 business days.

5.3 Goods

For physical items, inspect upon receipt. If items are damaged or incomplete, notify Nexora within 7 days. After verification, Nexora will ship replacements or issue a reimbursement for the affected items. Shipping fees for replacements will be covered by Nexora.

5.4 No-Reimbursement Services

Certain bespoke or premium engagements require dedicated allocation of expert resources at the time of order and are therefore not eligible for reimbursement. This ensures that Nexora can reserve personnel and schedule appropriately.

6. Changes to Terms

Nexora may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on nexaina.com and will take effect upon publication.
